French Canadian family background, where
everyone loved to cook and experiment with
tastes and textures, always emphasized the
importance of eating healthy and cooking
tastefully.
I’ve been cooking for over twenty-five
years and I love to prepare new culinary
experiences for others, particularly if
I can experiment with healthy, light and
flavourful choices. I continue to attend
workshops and keep up to date with the newest
cooking trends, the most current healthy-eating
recipes and the most exciting new menu ideas.
